Over the past couple of years, the City has worked to make it easier to answer your questions, and field your complaints and work orders. On the 2nd floor of City Hall there is a customer service center staffed with individuals ready to solve your problem. During normal business hours, Monday – Friday, you can dial 311 from any phone in the city and a live human being will answer and route your call to the right department, whether you need to pay your utility bill, report a streetlight out, report a pothole, or have a compliment to deliver for great city service!
