We are dedicated to making it significantly easier for citizens to improve their neighborhood 24/7, whether that means reporting a pothole or having a utilities question answered.
Citizens can also call 311 from any phone in Tacoma during business hours and be connected to a customer service representative. Residents will have their questions answered and will receive help in navigating City Hall so you can be directed to the proper resource.
